The CLARI Viognier 2025, handmade in Mallorca, is a very special white wine from the island of Mallorca. Its bouquet is reminiscent of flowers and spices in combination with citrus fruits and pear. The single-varietal Viognier – Vi de la Terra Mallorca – sparkles in a delicate gold in the glass and works excellently with noble fish and lobster. It is usually drunk young, with restrained acidity and primary fruit aromas. Overall, a superb combination of opulence and elegance. Hand-picked and grown without artificial irrigation - without pesticides, herbicides, fungicides or mineral fertilizers.
