The vines are cultivated sustainably, without artificial irrigation. The goal is not mass-produced wine, but to produce an authentic cultural asset or hand-picked Mallorca wines from our own vineyards without pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and mineral fertilizers.

"Vi de la Terra Mallorca" is a protected geographical indication (PGI) for Mallorca wines. The indication stands for wines made from grapes from the island of Mallorca and confirms their special characteristics; since 2013, this designation has contributed to profiling Mallorcan wines.

4. How does Bodega CLARI ensure quality and freshness?

Maintaining a continuous cold chain is more than a quality feature. It is particularly relevant for a warm Mediterranean environment and protects aroma/freshness during logistics. The grapes are harvested in the early morning hours between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
