The 2025 harvest is already proving to be exceptionally promising. Our varieties such as Chardonnay, Viognier, and Monastrell have developed an aromatic depth that we rarely experience. Furthermore, our grapevines benefit from the long ripening period and show an impressive structure and freshness.

Thanks to our gentle cellar techniques, we were able to vinify the 2025 vintage with a special focus on resource efficiency. Every step – from pruning to bottling – was carried out with environmental and quality considerations in mind.
